Our NEW Factory for stone coated metal roof tiles in Hangzhou fully opened this week. 

This is the edge cutting part of stone coated metal roof tiles.

 The raw material is galvalume roofing sheet. Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. All San-gobuild® roof products are manufactured from alu-zinc steel which have shown in tests to last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanised steel roofing products. This is achieved by protecting the steel core with zinc, which is itself protected by an aluminium barrier. As a pioneer of using alu-zinc steel, San-gobuild® has unrivalled experience in long lasting steel roof tile manufacture.
